Natural areas in the process of designating a protected status

For these areas the Institutes for Nature Conservation have submitted the study on protection to the competent authority, and following that the Ministry of Environmental Protection has informed the public about the procedure of initiating designation by posting the document containing that information on the website of the Ministry.

These areas are considered protected, and the measures prescribed in the study on protection shall apply until the adoption of the act on designation.
